The private online consultation is AED 2,500. It is a separate advisory engagement and is not credited toward a later commission.

A Private Concept is a remote creative blueprint for one room or a residence. It can include layouts, material direction, furniture direction and photorealistic concept renders for execution by the client's local team.

Yes. Baron Bacot accepts selected private residence commissions in Dubai, including interior architecture, design development, sourcing, contractor selection support and onsite creative direction.

Baron Bacot can identify and help select an appropriate contractor. The contractor is appointed separately while Baron Bacot remains the independent creative authority for the design.

Private Residence fees are prepared individually after an initial conversation, based on the property, scope, location and level of creative involvement required.
